Terms of Sale – Lazy Sloth Art

2. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on www.lazy-sloth-art.com by consumers (non-professional buyers). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.

3. Products All products are wall art prints produced by our local fulfillment partner Heliografy. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration and the printing process.

4. Pricing Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable under French law. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. Prices may be updated at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Order process An order is confirmed once the customer has completed checkout and received an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

6. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

7. Delivery Provided delivery delays are estimates only and may vary. A tracking number will be provided by email upon dispatch.

8. Right of withdrawal We offer a 14 day withdrawal period starting at delivery date. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

9. Defective or damaged goods If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receipt at contact@lazy-sloth-art.com, with photographic evidence. A reprint or full refund will be offered at no cost to the customer.

10. Warranties Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code).

11. Personal data Customer data is processed solely for order fulfilment and customer service purposes, in compliance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Disputes & mediation In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. The customer may also contact a certified consumer mediator free of charge.

13. Applicable law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
