1. About the seller This website is operated by DALLASTA FRANCOIS, auto-entrepreneur, trading as Lazy Sloth Art — SIRET: 99045150200019, based in France.

2. Products All products are wall art prints fulfilled by our local partner Heliografy. Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.

3. Prices All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by French law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, though orders already placed will not be affected.

4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of an error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

9. Limitation of liability Lazy Sloth Art shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the products purchased. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Applicable law & disputes These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
