Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LAZY SLOTH ART. This policy explains your rights regarding order cancellations, returns, refunds, and what happens if your order arrives lost or damaged.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the physical delivery of your order.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, by contacting us at contact@lazy-sloth-art.com with a clear statement (e.g., by email or through our returns form).
  • After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

Returning the Product

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

Refunds for Withdrawal

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Digital content once downloading or streaming has begun, with your prior consent

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before fulfillment has started (i.e., before your order has been prepared, packed, or shipped).

  • To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact@lazy-sloth-art.com with your order number.
  • Once fulfillment has begun — including picking, packing, or handover to the carrier — the order can no longer be cancelled, and standard return procedures (see Section 1) will apply instead once you receive the item.
  • If your order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but issues can occasionally occur during transit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@lazy-sloth-art.com.
  • Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Lost Items

If your tracking shows that your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window:

  • Contact us at contact@lazy-sloth-art.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, at your choice.
  • We ask that you allow us a reasonable investigation period (typically 5 business days) to liaise with the carrier before a resolution is issued, in line with the carrier's own claim procedures.

You will never be asked to bear the cost of an item lost or damaged in transit through no fault of your own.
