Shipping Policy

At LAZY SLOTH ART, every order is carefully packed by hand before being handed to our shipping partners. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and how we handle pickup point deliveries.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within Europe only. If your delivery address is outside Europe, unfortunately we are unable to process your order at this time. Do not hesitate to write us to let us know that you are interested in purchasing the product from outside of Europe.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are packaged by us individually and with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared before it is handed over to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.

3. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods, depending on your location:

Pickup Point Delivery (France only) — Shop2Shop

  • Available for deliveries within France.
  • Your order is delivered to a Shop2Shop pickup point (Relais Pickup), where you can collect it at your convenience.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
  • Your parcel is trackable from drop-off to pickup.

Choosing your pickup point: If you select pickup point delivery but do not specify a pickup point address, we will automatically select the pickup point located closest to the delivery address you provided at checkout. If you would like to choose a specific pickup point yourself, please indicate it clearly in the order notes or delivery information at checkout.

Home Delivery (France & Europe) — Chronopost Classic

  • Available for deliveries within France and to other European countries.
  • Your order is delivered directly to the address you provide at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days within France, and 3-5 business days for other European destinations, depending on the country.
  • Your parcel is fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the delivery method selected.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey in real time, whether you've chosen pickup point delivery or home delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

Delayed Parcels

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (customs, weather, carrier volume, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@lazy-sloth-art.com with your order number so we can look into it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the steps to follow. We will always work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

Uncollected Pickup Point Parcels

If you choose pickup point delivery, please collect your parcel within the timeframe indicated by Shop2Shop (typically 7 days). Uncollected parcels are returned to us, and you will be responsible for any reshipping costs if you would like the order to be redelivered.
